Nano Calcium Carbonate NCC-602 for Adhesive and Sealants

Our nano CaCO3 NCC-602 has characteristic of small particle size, uniform particle size distribution, large surface area and low oil absorption. It is widely used in polyurethane epoxy and silicone adhesive production. NCC-602 has the following advantages in adhesive and sealants production: high loading level can reduce production cost and has reinforcement function can improve the mechanical property of adhesive, decrease its shrink rate and expansion coefficient, increase the thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. After surface treatment, NCC-602 gets good intermiscibility with adhesive due to its small particle size and large surface area. It can be used as thixotropic agent to adjust the viscosity of adhesive. NCC-602 also can enhance the intensity and abrasion resistance of silicone sealant, reinforce increment and heat resistance of hot melt adhesive.
