Introduction:

Fischer-Tropsch (FT) wax production uses coal or natural gas as raw materials and generated syngas (CO+H₂) through gasification. Then use syngas (CO+H₂) as raw material through the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process under the action of a catalyst. Its manufacturing process mainly includes key links such as raw material conversion, catalytic synthesis and refining treatment. ‌

Characteristic of product:

FT-90 has characteristics of low viscosity, excellent fluidity, better weather resistance, rapid penetration of molecular chains,‌ strong instantaneous lubrication effect ‌, less usage (70-80% of PE wax)‌ better internal lubrication, long-lasting control of friction, low mobility rate, high later stability,‌ easy to migrate during processing, affecting later performance.

Application:

High lubrication requirements‌ : external lubrication of PVC pipes, injection molding demolding (reducing usage by 40%) ‌.

High weather resistance requirements‌ : outdoor coatings, cable insulation (with excellent oxidation resistance) ‌.

Cost-sensitive areas‌ : alternatives to paraffin for manufacturing candles/handicrafts (smokeless burning) ‌.

Package and storage: 25kgs paper bag or plastic-woven bag, store dry at room temperature.
