PE wax HD-338A can be applied to various high-gloss coatings as well as various offset and gravure printing ink systems. It is suitable for inks with snowflake effects and also for wood lacquer coatings.	High smoothness and good transparency

Dosage and usage:

The dosage is 0.1-0.5% for different system.

It is directly dispersed in solvent-based coatings and inks through high-speed stirring.

It is added through various grinding machines and high-shear dispersion equipment.

Pre-dispersion treatment can be carried out with water or alcohol ether solvents, then prepare a wax slurry with a wax dispersion of 20-30%. Add it to the system when needed, which can reduce the dispersion time of the wax powder.
