Sumac wax (Japan wax) 

Sumax wax, also know as Japan wax, sumach wax, vegetable wax, China green tallow and Japan tallow, is a pale-yellow, waxy, water-insoluble solid with a gummy feel. 
The sumac wax of our company is a fat obtained from the peel of lacquer fruit (lacquer seed kernel). It has a high melting point and low acid value. It has high elasticity, flexibility and excellent brightness, and can be used as fiber lubrication softener and raw material of advanced cosmetics. All are important raw materials in the production of daily chemical products.
Lacquer seed oil is a yellow transparent liquid vegetable oil extracted from lacquer seed kernel, the fruit of lacquer tree. It is mainly composed of fatty acid triglyceride, free fatty acid, free alcohol, etc. It is rich in 70% linoleic acid, which is an essential fatty acid that cannot be synthesized by human body.

Uses: 
Sumac wax is usded in candles, furniture polishes, floor waxes, wax matches, soaps, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, pastles, crayons, buffing compounds, metal lubricants, adhesives, thermoplastic resins, and as s substitute for beeswax. 
In addition to its industrial applications, sumac wax is also used in traditional Japanese and Chinese medicine, where it is believe to have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. It has also been used in the production of traditional Japanese lacquerware.
